A response to the challenges of composite parts production
Among the many production examples we are able to address is the RTM compression press, specially designed for the production of composite parts for trucks, public transport and agricultural machinery.
This press can work on three separate molds, enabling high-capacity production, optimizing production time and reducing costs.

- Multiple molds : Ability to produce on three different molds at the same time
- Automatic carts : Molds are easily transported and handled by an automated cart, simplifying opening, cleaning and maintenance
- Optimized injection system : Facilitates resin injection with suitable access points, guaranteeing even resin distribution.
- Advanced thermal control : a hue heating unit regulates the temperature of the press platens, ensuring constant temperature and uniform resin curing.
- Enhanced safety : press platens are insulated to limit heat loss and protect operators from burns
